Petrac believes in the power of talking to people. For every new project undertaken, we develop a community consultation plan, which encourages local communities to provide feedback and become actively involved in the development process. 

An intensive community consultation process employed by Petrac is the Enquiry By Design program, which involves holding community workshops to enable everyone to constructively influence the design, and lay an environmentally sound foundation for developments in their area. We value this process as it allows the planners and designers the opportunity to talk with the local people about their aspirations for the development and incorporate the valuable opportunities recognised by the community into the projects’ creation.
